Pulse Ratings is a blockchain platform that lets you share opinions on the web that last forever, free from censorship or control.
Unlike traditional review systems that can be edited or deleted, Pulse Ratings ties your feedback to any URL—like a social profile, post, website, or brand page—and records it permanently on the blockchain.
Using PRC20 tokens and unique, ownerless wallets for each URL, we create a transparent, unchangeable record of opinions that no one can erase.

Understanding Its Operation
Every website link (URL) gets turned into a unique code using a special formula (keccak-256 hash) and a secret ingredient (our seed). This code becomes a PulseChain wallet address, linking the URL to a one-of-a-kind identity on the blockchain.

Since this wallet has no private key, no one can own it. Any digital tokens sent to it are stuck there forever but can always be tracked. This makes the rating permanent and tamper-proof, with no one able to control or change it.
Rating Tokens
When someone rates a website, special digital tokens are created and sent to the website’s unique PulseChain wallet:
- Pulse Thumbs Up tokens (called $PUP) for positive ratings.
- Pulse Thumbs Down tokens (called $PDN) for negative ratings.
These tokens stay in the wallet forever, showing the website’s permanent, unchangeable rating.
Pricing
When you submit a rating, you pay a small fee called the intelligent Rating (IR) fee. This fee does two things:
- Stops Spam: It prevents bots or bad actors from flooding the system with fake ratings, which would be cheap to do without the fee.
- Keeps the Platform Running: The fees help pay for building and maintaining the platform, covering costs like development, services, and marketing since we fund this project ourselves.
Pricing Example: As of this writing (1 PLS is about $0.0000341 USD), the minimum purchase is 1,000 ratings (either Pulse Thumbs Up tokens, $PUP, or Pulse Thumbs Down tokens, $PDN).
1,000 ratings: 700 PLS = $0.02 USD
10,000 ratings: 7,000 PLS = $0.23 USD
100,000 ratings: 70,000 PLS = $2.38 USD
1,000,000 ratings: 700,000 PLS = $23.87 USD
The current minimum fee is set to be affordable but high enough to stop bots.

Pulse Ratings presents three primary boards:
- Highest Rated: URLs with the highest net Votes Up
- Lowest Rated: URLs with the highest net Votes Down
- Newly Added: Recently created market cards
